When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Payment card details (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see your full card number)
• Billing address (if required by Stripe for fraud checks)

When you visit our website, our analytics provider automatically collects non-personal usage data such as pages visited, clicks, and browser performance metrics. This data is never linked to your name or email.

How we use your information

• To fulfil your order and deliver your PDF download
• To send you a receipt and your download link by email
• To respond to any support or refund requests you send us
• To send occasional email updates about Tiny Bite products, if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (aggregated analytics only)

Third-party processors

We use the following trusted services to run our business:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card data is sent directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We never store your card number.
• PostHog — website analytics. PostHog collects anonymised usage data (page views, clicks, Core Web Vitals). No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog.

We do not use any other third-party marketing platforms, ad networks, or data brokers.

We do not sell your data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Your data is used only for the purposes described above.

Data retention

We retain your email address and order record for as long as needed to provide support and comply with our legal obligations (typically up to 7 years for financial records). Analytics data is retained for 12 months and is anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of any marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)
